1. Visits & Completing Rental Application  

• • Schedule a visit by using the website's Contact Page.

  • Each Person, ages 18 and over who wishes to rent, must file his or her own Application.

An email will be received from the Landlord or House Manager within 1 to 3 days regarding the submitted application. *Each person / applicant is required to fill out his or her own application* (Application not required for scheduling a visit)

• • Additional information from the applicant may be required.

2. Sign Lease & Pay Security Deposit

• • After receiving your approval email, the Landlord will have a lease emailed to be signed.

  • Security Deposits Information: Usually one and a half month of Rent

  •  All payments can be made by either Checks, Cash, or Zelle QuickPay. Details will be explained in the lease.

  • When both the Security Deposit and the signed Lease (including the required ID information) are received and confirmed,  the contract is complete.

3. Pay the First Month of Rent (Must Have Received the Payment Before Moving In). 

• • After completing the contract, the first month payment must be made before or on the day the lease starts. 

  • Keys will be handed to the Tenant once the first month of rent is paid.
